Construction stages

Exclusive residential complex «Royal Park» is located in one of the most beautiful places in Sochi – in the neighborhood of the hotel «Radisson SAS Lazurnaya». The complex has a private large green area, direct access to the beach and good accessibility to urban infrastructure.

The complex has a 20- and 22-storey block-sections with parking lots, administrative and hotel premises. The main constructive scheme of the building – monolithic cross-wall structural system. Parking lots have a combined constructive solutions – frame combined with the cores formed by the system of cross-walls.

The complexity of the project is adverse soil conditions and high seismicity of the construction site. Additionally, the steep slope has defined the features of the building into the landscape, its division into individual blocks and also formed the architectural concept as a whole.

We have developed a special program of piles testing – cyclic vertical and horizontal loads, and then formed a pile field with different length of piles and different landing in the terrain.
