Construction stages

The projected 20-storey administrative and residential building «Pearl» islocated in one of the most attractive places of Novorossiysk - on the Seafrontof Admiral Serebryakov with a wonderful view of the sea bay.

The location of the parking in the basement of the building envisaged inthe project, as well as a block of attached office space.
