Construction stages

One of the ambitious projects of the company is block of building at Kirpichnaya Str. in Adler district of Sochi. It includes buildings with variable number of storey, underground parking and business center. The total area is about 120,000 square meters. In the process of choosing the type of foundations for tall and recessed blocks of the complex we carried out geotechnical calculations taking into account the strong swelling and shrinking properties of clay soils directly below the foundation base. As a result, under a high-rise block section we have provided pile foundations, under parking – slab foundations with improved properties of the base.
